James Geoffrey Tsapwe is an ACCA-accredited accountant with a BSC in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda.
Robert is a Certified Public Accountant; he holds a Bachelors of Commerce (Bcom) and a Master’s in Business Administration from Makerere University Kampala

Ivan is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Makerere University Kampala and currently pursuing a masters in Policy Development and Analysis
He is an experienced Financial and Business Advisor with over 10 years’ experience in the fields of Audit, Accountancy services, Financial Management, Tax & business Advisory services, Strategic Planning, Capacity building and Training among others.Robert is the Contact Partner of SRSrobert & Associates. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
He has spent the previous ten years in Ethiopia, Mogadishu, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa and Djibouti, working with top African banks, Lafarge, the world’s largest cement Manufacturer, and a Waayeel Consulting Group, honing a combination of abilities that allow him to take organizations to the next level while looking ahead. He has exposure in tax matters including income tax, Value Added Tax, excise Duty, Import y Duty, stamp Duty among others
He is a seasoned Financial Management expert and analyst with over 7 years’ experience and extensive knowledge in the development, implementation and running of accounting, auditing, and financial reporting systems and software packages both in the public and private sector. He is also experienced in developing and strengthening the capacity of various governments in the management and sustainability across Africa in countries such as Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria and Rwanda.

He has extensive experience in remote implementations across the globe account management, system integration, resource management, financial management and operations at global organizations. To mention one of his relevant experiences one of his major projects involved the implementation of customized HR solution to govern 30,000+ polio worker database for an NGO.
